The Little White Owl

RO (in traducere libera “Mica Bufnita Alba”):

A fost odata o mica bufnita alba care locuia singura in zapada. Nu avea mama. Nu avea tata. Nu avea nici macar un nume. Lucrul acesta nu prea o deranja. Mintea sa era plina de povesti vesele… Intr-o zi, mica bufnita porneste la drum sa vada lumea. Cand intalneste bufnite frumoase si colorate, abia asteapta sa le impartaseasca painea lui prajita si povestile sale voioase. Dar aceste bufnite frumoase nu vor sa fie prietene cu o bufnita asa mica si simpla… Jane Chapman ilustreaza o poveste duioasa care sarbatoreste diferentele si frumusetea din fiecare dintre noi.

La modul cel mai sincer, sunt putin in ceata legat de firul narativ din cartea aceasta. Stiu la modul teoretic ca se intampla… lucruri, dar emotional vorbind m-am simtit putin detasata. Totusi, cartea e frumos ilustrata, iar cel mic pare sa indrageasca mica bufnita alba.

O sa depun un mic efort de imaginatie si memorie si o sa spun ca “The Litlle White Owl” este o carte despre indrazneala, persistenta si prietenie. Despre povesti si magia lor. Din nou, despre faptul ca oricine are dreptul si este in regula sa fie diferit, si este si mai ok sa imbratisam aceste diferente care ne pot defini pe fiecare dintre noi.

Uitandu-ma asa la ea parca are mai mult sens si mai multa savoare. Simt insa ca lipseste ceva din poveste, dar nu despre mine e blogul acesta, iar Lucas ii ofera un vot de incredere 😉
